Karem’s Grill & Pub has been a Louisville-area favorite for decades—a casual neighborhood gathering place where great food, friendly faces, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. The Karem family’s tradition of hospitality began in 1975 and was carried on by Louie Karem, who built Karem’s into the neighborhood pub so many came to know and love. In 2022, Louie passed the torch to Heirloom Brands. Today, Mike and his team are proud to carry on the traditions established by Louie and the Karem family while continuing to make Karem’s a place where neighbors become friends and everyone feels like a regular.
